Cave de Pazac Grand Vins is located in the middle of the Triangle d’Or (Arles, Avignon, Nîmes) between Languedoc and Provence, the vineyard of the Grand Vins de Pazac offers wines of quality respecting the terroir. The iron-rich soil with pebbles, specific to the Costières de Nîmes and Chateauneuf du Pape terroirs reveals powerful, fruity, and generous wines with the appellation AOC COSTIERES DE NÎMES.

Grape varieties: 50% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 20% Marselan, 10% Grenache
Vinification and aging process: Traditional vinification followed by the aging process in vat 6 months before bottling.
Cellaring potential: 3 to 4 years.
A lovely wine with a very intense and fruity nose, with red berries. The palate is round, the tannins are soft and well-balanced.
