Bobal, a native red-wine variety, dominates plantings in Utiel-Requena, meaning the region specializes in reds and rosés.
Finca San Blas has a total of 75 hectares of vineyards, conveniently distributed on its gentle slopes and valleys. Vineyard: Grapes from the plots: Viña Norte (30-year-old Tempranillo), Las Hormas (20-year-old Merlot) and Las Aguazuelas (90-year-old Bobal). Plantation frame of 3200 feet per Ha.
